APICS Michiana Presents -
Six Sigma & Lean: Dynamic Duo for Mid-sized Firms
Date: Tuesday, October 08, 2002
Dale Billet
This presentation will describe how a mid-sized company with limited resources can combine the tools of Six Sigma and Lean to dramatically improve their processes. Specific methods will be discussed to re-create the process itself so that defects are never produced in the first place rather than focusing on detecting and correcting defects. An action plan for implementing these tools will be presented.
