Bob Beck and Jeff Buchanan(The EnterTrainer Group) sprang to life when Bob and Jeff frist began working together at Purdue University in 1987 while coordinating the Employee Involvement Group initiative. Since that time they have conducted training seminars and departmental retreats for numerous organizations, including the U.S. Department of Agriculture and Eli Lilly and Co.

Their vast repertoire of topics is peppered with a synergy and humor that must be experienced to be appreciated. They work off each other and yet bring educational learning into a fun atmosphere. Hence, the name of their enterprise - The EnterTrainer Group, with a tag line of At the Intersection of Fun and Learning

They are certified by ZengerMiller for their complete line of training including Front Line and Working, as well as Targeted Selection Interviewing Techniques by Development Dimensions International (DDI).

Bob is also the Training Manager, Building and Grounds Department, Physical Facilities Division of Purdue, Jeff is also a member of the Personnel Services Department at Purdue.

Jeff holds degrees from Purdue, and Indiana University. Bob holds degrees from Northwestern University and Purdue University.
