Anyone who is responsible for inventory records and their accuracy–including those who work in the stock room, warehouse, shipping and receiving, production and inventory control, distribution, data processing and auditing–should attend this intensive one-day workshop. WORKSHOP FOCUS: Design and implement a program to measure, attain and maintain 95 percent accuracy Develop an ongoing cycle counting program Properly measure inventory record accuracy Learn Just-in-Time techniques, including point-of-use storage, backflushing and pre-deduct Applies to the Production and Inventory Management Certificate; anyone may enroll. Receive a 10 percent discount with three or more enrollments.
