We strongly suggest Early Registration Good news Update! Dr. Novotny has informed us that Dr. Eli Goldratt’s new book, Necessary But Not Sufficient will be available and distributed at the Tuesday, October 17th Theory of Constraints seminar to be held at Windsor Park Conference Center. Because a significant amount of time was spent in reviewing the rough draft with Eli Goldratt, Donn felt his presentation should be expanded to discuss the essence of the book and the critical implications to the performance of the supply chain. As such, increased emphasis will be placed on showing how the TOC approach can be used to review the role, contribution, and grave mistakes occurring in the computer technology from MRP to E-business. The discussions will provide insight as to why the tsunami wave cure of e-commerce, business-to-business (B2B), etc. may be worse than the diseases faced by industry today.
