So Many Options, So Little Time
Have you heard these questions before?
- Isn’t e-business something only the Fortune 1000 companies are heavily involved in?
- Should your company be involved in e-business with the massive failures of the e-business "dot com" companies over the past year?
- Why do so many e-business initiatives fail to deliver the benefits expected?
- Does your company have a website and now wants to expand into more e-business initiatives?
- How can a mid-sized company with limited resources determine what is the best strategy to pursue given the multitude of choices?
- Why do I need to consider strategy when beginning an e-business initiative?
These are some commonly asked questions in mid-sized companies when e-business is discussed. This presentation will provide answers to these questions and explain why an e-business strategy is critical for mid-sized manufacturers. The major components of a comprehensive e-business strategy will be explained along with a practical three-step approach (strategies, options, and priorities) for being successful in e-business.
E-business is going to change the way mid-sized companies compete and will become a requirement for being successful in a global economy in the future. Learn how this can effect your company and what you should be doing now to prepare for this (r)evolution
