Brian Hancock, VP Supply Chain
Since 1911, Whirlpool Corporation has grown from humble beginnings to a global enterprise with manufacturing locations on every major continent. Whirlpool has grown to this leadership position within the global appliance industry thanks to a keen understanding of its customers' needs and a firm commitment to addressing those requirements through its brands, products and services.

In that growth, both through business expansion and acquisition, Whirlpool continues to leverage its global business by listening to its end consumers and those with which it does business. Through its Customer Centric Supply Chain Strategy (CCSC), Whirlpool is becoming the "Easiest to do business with" in the appliance industry.

This presentation will discuss how the CCSC supports Whirlpool Corporation's Global Strategy, and what is termed its North American Leadership Agenda.
