Bradford U Staats is owner of Peak Enterprise Solutions, a manufacturing management consulting firm in the Michiana area. He is a consultant in the areas of Lean Manufacturing, SCM, MRP, Material Management, Detail Scheduling, BOM and Routing structuring and overall ERP system implementation. Using Lean techniques, his goal is to assist clients in evaluating their businesses for cost-saving or revenue improving opportunities - the improvement of the bottom line for the client. To this end, Brad brings into play his many years of manufacturing and business consulting experience.
Brad received his undergraduate degree from the University of Arkansas and earned a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) at DePaul University. He has taught undergraduate classes at the collegiate level and has earned the CPIM designation through the American Production and Inventory Control Society (APICS).
In addition to 10 years of business consulting, project management and systems implementation experience, Brad has more than 16 years in the steel industry as a material flow manager where he was involved in planning, scheduling, inventory management, order management and customer service.
