Dale Billet, CPIM, CIRM , is a Director in Consulting for RSM McGladrey, Inc. Dale has 13 years consulting experience (specializing in serving mid-sized companies) and 17 years operational experience with a variety of manufacturers and distributors. He has considerable experience in assisting mid-sized companies to improve processes through the use of Lean and Six Sigma tools. He is past president and currently VP of Marketing for Michiana APICS (Platinum) chapter, serves on the Region XIII staff and has provided numerous presentations on a variety of operational and technology subjects to clients, other APICS chapters and at the last two APICS International Conferences. The session he presented at the 2002 Conference had attendance in the top 10% of all sessions. Dale has a B. S. in Business Management and an MBA from Indiana University.
