Dale Billet, CPIM, CIRM  is a Director in Consulting for RSM McGladrey, Inc. Dale has 16 years consulting experience (specializing in serving mid-sized companies) and 17 years operational experience with a variety of manufacturers and distributors. He has considerable experience in assisting mid-sized companies to develop IT strategy, select and implement ERP systems . He is past president of the Michiana APICS chapter, serves on the Region XIII staff and has provided numerous presentations on a variety of operational and technology subjects to clients, chapters and APICS International Conferences. Dale has a B. S. in Business Management and an MBA from Indiana University.
