Dale Billet CPIM, CIRM, CSCP , is a Director in Consulting for RSM McGladrey, Inc. Dale has 17 years consulting experience (specializing in serving mid-sized companies) and 17 years operational experience with a variety of manufacturers and distributors. He has considerable experience in assisting mid-sized companies to improve processes with Supply Chain collaboration. He is a past president and currently on the board for the Michiana APICS chapter, served on the (then) Region XIII staff and has provided numerous presentations on a variety of operational and technology subjects to clients, Midwestern APICS chapters, APICS International Conferences as well as other professional organizations. Dale has a B. S. in Business Management and an MBA from Indiana University.
