Members Certification Maintenance Approved

We would like to congratulate the following Chapter members having documented ongoing education activity such that they have applied for and been granted Certification Maintenance approval for their CPIM/CFPIM Certification.  Certification indicates a commitment to education and is a recognition of attaining a level of understanding of APICS manufacturing concepts applicable to any manufacturing or service endeavor.
The Certification Maintenance program upholds both the objectives of the CPIM and CFPIM programs and APICS' vision to promote lifelong learning. The program recognizes that individuals are at various levels in their careers, come from a variety of industries, have differing educational needs and career goals, and have varying degrees of access to continuing education. Requirements for maintaining certification can be met through a variety of professional development activities.

The CPIM/CFPIM certified member must demonstrate that they have participated in a variety of professional development activities to maintain their hard-earned CPIM or CFPIM designations. CPIMs must earn 75 professional development points and CFPIMs must earn 100 professional development points. The certification maintenance program runs in five-year intervals, commencing from the date of initial certification and ending on the last day of the month that initial certification was received.

Again, we congratulate these individuals on achieving this maintenance goal and hold them as models of the continous personal improvement process and continue to exemplify a commitment to life-long learning.
